If you have a (hosting) Package or extra feature that you no longer require you can cancel this via the panel.

The service will be removed and you will no longer be billed for this.

CANCELING (HOSTING) PACKAGES.
1. Log into your online hosting control panel account (www.hostingcontroller.co.uk) account and select the icon called [Packages]
2. Next select the package you wish to remove by clicking on the line itself.
3. Click the button that says [Delete].

CANCELING EXTRA FEATURES.
1. Make sure you are no longer using the extra feature(s) in question.
2. Log into your online hosting control panel account (www.hostingcontroller.co.uk) account and select the icon called [Packages].
3. Click the icon called [Extra Features] and on the following page (under the title called 'Purchased Extra Features') you will see the the extra features you have purchased.
4. Next select the extra feature you wish to remove by clicking on the line itself.
5. Click the button that says [Delete].
