Step 1 - Ordering DeepMetrix
(If the package already includes this skip to step 2)

This process is exactly the same principle as the flash tutorial 'Adding Extra Features to your Account'.

a. Click the [Packages] icon

b. Select the [package]e you wish to add the stats to.

c. Select [Extra Features]

d. From the list select [Webstats Advanced (Deep Metrix)....] either monthly or annually as required.

e. Make the payment, as per the billing guide.

Step 2 - Enable it

a) Browse to the hosting admin page for the domain (This is the page with all the icons for the various features of the hosting - ie Email Accounts, FTP Accounts etc etc).

b) Select the [Statistics] icon then on the following page click the button that says [Install].

Step 3 - Wait for your log in settings

You will receive an email to your default email address with the log in details to the stats panel including the user name and password.

Important Note:
Information will not start showing in the stats panel for up to 24 hours even if there are existing log files, as the current data needs to be imported and a certain amount of traffic needs to pass through it before any results can be shown. Please be patient!
